The Cornell Partnership was founded in 2005 because we believe that the recruitment industry is over-broked by mediocre agencies operating on an inflated brand promise but with little intellectual capital or meaningful experience behind ‘the screen’. The Cornell Partnership is different. We are committed to building business relationships based on the highest professional standards: those of integrity, hard work, and trust.
Given that we are a people-focused business driven by superior standards, certain aspects of our working practices are non-negotiable. We will insist on meeting new clients and new candidates in order to comprehend fully their requirements and expectations. We will then own the recruitment process from end-to-end: from the introduction phase or phases, throughout the interview process, to offer stage and beyond.
