Sourcing Candidates

We build candidate relationships from the foundations up, viewing every interaction as part of a long term process rather than a transactional exchange. We have connections with the most prestigious UK universities and the European and American Business Schools and have nurtured links with many of our candidates from graduation throughout their professional lives.

Through the networking skills of our consultants, our candidate base has grown considerably. We find many candidates through a referral process, and equally many of our candidates approach us having been recommended to do so by a colleague or friend.
