Graduate Recruitment Associate

Working directly alongside the Director of Graduate Recruitment and the current team, you will be involved in every aspect of creating and running multiple graduate recruitment campaigns. Your responsibilities will include: creation and distribution of marketing material, involvement in the screening, interview and assessment process, liaison with student associations and societies, organisation of on-campus events and assessment days and candidate liaison.

With enthusiasm, a demonstrable willingness to learn and get stuck in, mental agility and confidence, there will be the opportunity to progress into the more strategic and client facing elements of the role, with a view to running campaigns single-handedly.

There will be plenty of variety connected with this role and you must be the kind of person prepared to get stuck in at every level of the campaign process. There is a considerable degree of administration involved, which can be repetitive but is crucial to the smooth running of our client accounts. You will be outgoing, hard-working, hungry for variety and challenge and willing to get your hands dirty.
